  Glabrous, dichotomously branching annual; stems 10-30 cm. Basal leaves 3-pinnate, with petiole 3-15 cm, elliptic to ovate in outline, finely divided, ultimate segments 2-3 x 0.5 mm. Umbels 3-5-rayed, rays thickening as fruit ripens; terminal umbel shortly stalked, overtopped by the long-stalked lateral umbels; bracts 0-3, ovate-lanceolate; bracteoles 3-6, like bracts. Petals white. Fruit 5-7 x 4-5 mm.
