  Scape evident, erect, 15-30 cm. Leaves several, erect, (8-)I0-15(-20) mm broad at ground level, tapering very gradually to an acute apex, as long as or shorter than scape, without a white line on upper surface; margins entire, glabrous. Raceme corymbose, strict, with 6-15 flowers. Perianth segments 12-16 mm, white inside, white with a green fascia outside. Fruiting pedicels strictly erect or almost so, ultimately slightly spreading, (35-)40-90 mm. Capule unwinged. 2n = 54. Fl. 5-7. Marshes, damp fields and water meadows, 1200-2270 m.
