Basal leaves 5-pinnate, triangular-ovate in outline, 30-40 x 20-30 cm, minutely setulose; ultimate segments oblong-lanceolate to linear, 2-5(-7) xO.8-1.2 mm, densely-setulose beneath, glabrous above; sheaths 4-7 cm, strongly inflated, coriaceous. Inflorescence paniculate-corymbose, elongated, central umbels short-peduncled, rays 6-12, 2-4 cm long, lateral rays ascending; flowers 4-14 per umbellule, fruiting pedicels 9-12 mm. Mericarps elliptic-oblong, 13-16x6 mm, dorsal ridges filiform, lateral wings narrow, 0.5-1 mm wide, whitish; dorsal vittae solitary per vallecula, commissural 4. Fl. 5-6. Rocky slopes, 1850-2925 m.
