P. oliveroides Boiss. & Hausskn. in Boiss., Fl. Or. 2:871 (1872). Close to P. corymbosa but with petals which are hairy over the whole dorsal surface, and basal leaves with segments 1-4 cm long. Fl. 6-7. 400-1500 m. Syntypes: [W. Iran] in graminosis schistosis montis Avroman Persiae occid. loco Deka Schechan alt. 6000', Haussknecht (K! BM!); montis Kuh Eschker Susianae, Haussknecht (K! B M!). C. & Adjacent N. Anatolia. A5 Kastamonu: Tosya, Sint. 1892:4378! & 4527b! B4 Ankara: Beynam woods, 400 m, D. 13090! B5 Niğde: 5 km E. of Aksaray, Sorger 70-39-10! B6 Sivas: 5-8 km S. of Zara, 1500 m, Sorger 69-36-43! Iran, N. Iraq. This species has not been found in eastern Anatolia, and its distribution is therefore rather disjunct. |
