R. disperma (L. fil.) C. Koch in Linnaea 22:649 (1849). Stem 6-28 mm, simple or branched. Basal leaves (6-)10-30 x (2-)3-5 mm, spathulate to obovate, obtuse, petiolate; cauline 10-30 x 1-5 mm, linear-oblong to narrowly linear, acute, sessile. Bracts linear, 3-10 mm. Pedicels 0-1 mm. Calyx 5-sect, lobes minute in flower, somewhat accrescent in fruit, incurved from middle. Corolla sky-blue (rarely white), 2 mm; limb c. 1.2 mm diam. Nutlets c. 2.5 mm. 1. Pedicels not deflexed in fruit; calyx accrescent to 5-8 mm in fruit, greatly exceeding nutlets; calyx setules ± distinctly hooked var. disperma 1. Pedicels deflexed in fruit; calyx accrescent to 2-3(-5) mm in fruit, scarcely exceeding nutlets; calyx setules straight or curved, tips not hooked var. microcalycina var. microcalycina (Bornm.)
