Basal leaves few, forming a loose rosette, lanceolate, petiolate, entire or slightly serrate. Cauline leaves lanceolate or oblong-lanceolate, amplexicaul, entire or occasionally toothed, ± glaucous. Inflorescence elongating in fruit. Petals oblong, rounded at apex. Fruiting pedicels horizontally spreading, 4-8 mm. Siliculae obcordate, 5-7 x4-5 mm; apical sinus broad and shallow including the sessile or short style; septum 4-5 x 1.5-3 mm, oblique. Seeds 2-3 in loculus, golden brown, smooth, mucilaginous.
