G. bitlisensis Bark. in Wentia 9: 136, t. 14 f. 24-31 (1962). Annual, 15-40 cm, glabrous, branched from base. Leaves linear to linear-lanceolate, acute, 10-25 x 1-5 mm. Inflorescence large, many-flowered. Bracts ovate-triangular, scarious. Pedicels 5-25 mm. Calyx campanulate, 2-3 mm, teeth ovate, obtuse. Petals linear-oblong, 4-6 mm, obtuse, white to pink with purple veins. Seeds with minute obtuse tubercles. Fl. 6-7. Steppe, 1650-1800 m.
