A. rechingeri Širj. in Ann. Nat. Hofmus. Wien 49:269 (1939). Dwarf shrub growing up to 30 cm. Leaves 2-5 cm; rachis spiny; leaflets 4-8 mm, narrowly elliptic, obtuse, sometimes mucronulate, glabrous, 9-11-paired; stipules c. 6 mm, triangular-lanceolate, glabrous, united to halfway. Inflorescence with 5-6 shortly pedicellate flowers. Bracts 2-3 mm, lanceolate, membranous. Brac-teoles absent. Calyx 8-10 mm, tubular, with very sparse black adpressed simple hairs; teeth 2-3 mm, narrowly triangular. Corolla white or pinkish; standard 20-23 mm. Ovary hairy. Legume unknown. Fl. 6-7. Rocky slopes, 2340-3000 m. Type: [Turkey B9 Van] Kurdistan: Östl. Ausläufer der Kette des Agherov dag, im Süden von der Ebene von Pesandasht, 2900 m, 24 Juni 1936, Frödin 77 (UPS!). S.E. Anatolia.
