Stems ascending to erect, spreading-pilose with simple and stellate hairs. Leaves ± orbicular, crenate. Flowers borne in fascicles in the leaf axils. Epicalyx segments linear. Sepals broadly triangular. Petals hairy at the base, pale lilac, c. 8 mm, scarcely exceeding the sepals. Mericarps with smooth adjacent margins. Pedicels defiexed in fruit. Fl. 6.
