Medium-sized, with flowering stems up to 30 cm. Leaves up to 7 cm, orbicular with touching or overlapping basal lobes; lobes semicircular with no toothless incisions between; leaf teeth 7-9, subequal, ovate, acute. Stems up to and including the main inflorescence-branches and all petioles, ± densely clothed with deflexed hairs. Inflorescence narrow. Hypanthia glabrous, rather narrowly cuneate at base; pedicels glabrous. Fl. 5-7. Meadows, stream sides, 1100-2700 m.
