PL 4: t. 7 (1950).Acaulous perennial herb, 3-12 cm, with long overground stolons rooting at their ends. Stipules broadly lanceolate, glandular-fimbriate. Petioles with an indu-mentum of short deflexed hairs. Leaves ovate-orbicular, obtuse, cordate at the base, crenate, ± glabrous. Flowers fragrant, purple, the lower petal 11-16 mm. Capsules lying on the ground when ripe. Fl. 4-5. Often in shady places, s.L-1600 m. |
